YMCA Web Site Redesign
The Challenge
YMCA needed a stronger design and better way to manage content. They also required an online registration and payment system.
The Method
We determined the site should emphasized youth programs, the Y’s core program base. We then focused on information architecture to ensure this content-rich site would be intuitive and easy to navigate.
The Result
We gave the front end design a fresh look that appeals to parents as well as children. The sites backend design allows the YMCA to manage all of the sites content including registration methods, newsletter signups, and latest / upcoming events. An online “Giving” section was also provided as an easy way for donors, parents and coaches to volunteer to help the YMCA.
